This is a fantastic opportunity for an assistant who likes to work on the cutting edge of technology and can keep up with a spunky, funny and all-around nice agent.
This agent is a long-time client who, after 7 years needs to find a replacement for her assistant. She is one of our favorite people and we are pleased to have the opportunity to place another assistant with her.
Job Description:
Manage the day-to-day operations of a busy real estate office including:
- Customer service
- Listing coordination
- Marketing -- specially social media and online marketing
- Oversee transaction coordinator
- Showings / Open Houses
- Office organization, systems development and management
Job Requirements:
- Must LOVE technology and be able to work in a tech-centric office
- Mac proficient
- 3+ years of real estate assistant experience (REQUIRED)
- Social Media marketing experience
- Real estate software expert: MLS / Zipforms / Docusign / Listing Book, etc.
- MS office expert
