Casual, and professional office environment in Vernon, close to downtown LA.
Looking for a tech savvy, experienced customer service person for both wholesale and direct to consumer sales,
via email, phone, e commerce and social media. Position is full time working in an office and close contact with manufacturer to coordinate and expedite tasks as necessary
to meet customer needs and deadlines.

You have:
Good phone manner, written skills, and relevant recent experience in a similar position.

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft office - particularly word, excel, and outlook.
Ability to write coherently and accurately when emailing -45 WPM.
Accurate Data Entry.
Extremely organized and eye for detail.
Some knowledge of Social Media including Facebook, twitter, Pinterest.
Experience in working in customer service requiring similar skills as listed.
Tech savvy with Customer Service solutions

Other experience and skills that would be a bonus but not essential:
Photo Shop
Illustrator
Filemaker Pro
Updating web sites and shopping carts.
College Sorority or Fraternity member.
Good working knowledge of CRM platforms. (salesforce etc.)
Quickbooks.
