Job Description
American Opto Plus, fast growing LED Lighting company, is seeking Office / Sales Assistant position, no experience required. Our Products are used to replace all lighting applications, from Cell Phones to Outdoor Signs. LED is named one of the top 10 growth potential products since year 2006. Electronic Engineering Background prefered but not required. Entry Level Training starting from Daily paperwork, responding emails and answering phones, following up shipment, tracking data and assisting Accounting and Sales in the office. The position starts from entry level and then move up to full time Sales after pick-up experience. May travel around the USA for product training to outside sales. NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED. WE WILL TRAIN. Big potential to grow with company as well as travel around the world, visit China and North America locations. Unlimited Potential Position! Bilingual (Fluent in English/understand Chinese) is a plus.
Monday ~ Friday: 8am ~ 5pm daily.

? Answer phones, set appointments, and greet customers immediately on service drive
? Listen to customer concerns and properly document all necessary information
? Write a repair order with all relevant information, including all customer concerns
? Provide maintenance recommendations on vehicles during write-up process as necessary
? Complete estimates based on technician recommendations and parts quote
? Present estimates, answer questions , and sell repairs and services based on recommendations
? Accurately document repair approvals and declined recommendations on repair order
? Bilingual a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
? Minimum 3 years dealership experience handling fleet accounts
? Ford Certified advisor preferred
? Professional appearance
? Strong sales and communication skills
? Working knowledge of ADP and FMC
? Able to work a rotational Saturday schedule
? Coordination of work with other advisors to accommodate customer schedules
? Ability to self manage and make sound decisions with little direction
