Job Summary
This position's primary responsibility is to provide front desk administrative support in our Hampton Direct West (Woodland Hills, CA) offices. The duties of this position will also include creating a welcoming environment for office guests as well as being the "voice" of Hampton when answering incoming calls.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
? Provide general administrative assistance such as mailing, faxing, copying and scanning
? Answer telephones, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages
? Welcome on-site visitors, determine nature of business, and announce visitors to appropriate personnel
? Monitor visitor access and issue passes or parking vouchers when required
? Receive, sort and send mail and deliveries
? Tidy and maintain the common areas
? Assist in preparation of travel arrangements, as needed
? Order supplies, stationery and other office incidentals
? Run local errands from time to time (post office, grocery store, etc.)
? Assist with organization of company events including Friday lunches, monthly birthdays, etc.
? Assist with the scheduling and logistics of select meetings/events
? Assist various departments with random projects, as needed

Required Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma and/or at least three years' experience in career field

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
? Strong communication and organizational skills and the ability to reflect a professional image
? Exceptional data entry skills are required along with internet research abilities
? Efficient in MS Office tools with proficiency in Outlook calendars
? This position requires flexibility to take on a variety of tasks and assignments
? Upbeat, creative, fun and a willingness to learn are essential
