This position will be responsible for brand awareness, development of marketing and promotional materials, training and evaluation.

The successful candidate will be mobile and give field staff support and direction. Successful candidates will possess the following:

7-10 years of experience as a regional or corporate leasing specialist for multi-family properties, preferably from a regionally or nationally recognised property management company;
Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications is preferred;
History of producing measurable results from marketing campaigns;
Organisational skills, extreme attention to detail and high performance standards for self and employees;
Ability to Do multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment;
Ability to meet established project budgets and timelines;
Must possess mastery or Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; Yardi Voyager a plus.
