Location: Orange, CA
Candidates in this position will be responsible for reviewing applications and documentation in order to determine the validity, performing call monitors, as well as perform other miscellaneous quality control functions as assigned by management.
Responsibilities:
? Quality control via call monitoring and agent audits to ensure agent compliance
? Funding assistance as needed (during busy times or short staffing periods)
? Verifying validity of employer information provided and ensuring borrower's employment is legitimate
? Perform verbal and written verifications of employment as well as verification of borrowers banking information, cross referencing to match application, and verifying it meets company guidelines prior to funding
? Evaluation and audit of borrower documents and provided information
? Perform address verifications
? Perform SSN verifications
? Perform business searches and verifications
? Process identity verifications
? Review applicant duplicate information
? 9012 Fico score reviews
? SSN mismatch reviews
? Perform detailed call reviews
? Follow up on corrections and updates to ensure outstanding conditions are met prior to funding loans
Requirement:
