The Admin Operations Assistant will work hand in hand with local management and all employees assigned to the particular area of responsibility.

We use a variety of different computer applications in our day-to-day operations, so the successful applicant must have a general aptitude and facility with different types of computer software.

In addition, the successful applicant will need to review, maintain and update certain databases, so word processing and data entry skills are important. Organizational skills are at a premium in this position, but just as important will be the applicant's ability to convey accurate information and to adapt to changing conditions.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years experience in a data entry or basic accounting would be preferred, although we would waive this requirement for an applicant with superb qualifications in all other areas General computer aptitude and affinity for different types of computer software, including Microsoft Office Previous experience in sales and/or customer service Positive attitude and outgoing personality are essential Genuine interest in how our systems work, and an ability to constructively suggest improvements Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs

We already have business ready to go and are seeking larger projects. We are looking for an experienced General Contractor to bring on our team to manage the builds and oversee development. The right applicant will ensure that the construction project is constructed safely and in accordance with contract documentation, design, construction schedule and budget and in compliance with state and federal laws. We prefer one person who has experience with both residential and commercial. This position is not necessarily hands on but more the role of a coordinator who manages all aspects of the project and the individuals involved. Our company is based in Orange County but we are seeking a Contractor/Construction Supervisor for our business in LA. Eligible applicants must live in Los Angeles.

Qualifications:
-Have current driver's license
-Not have criminal record and willing to submit to a background check

-Have a minimum of 5-10 years experience in all phases of construction with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role

The right applicant for this position will have the experience and knowledge needed to ensure project site is in accordance with all safety, budgetary, and legal requirements. The qualified applicant will have strong interpersonal skills and can communicate clearly and effectively in both English and Spanish. The right individual for this role will be self-directed and effectively lead, motivate, and manage the construction crew to meet all time and budgetary requirements while always maintaining a high level of professionalism. This position is to supervise the project development and the individuals working on the construction and/or renovation and is not a hands-on position requiring extensive manual labor. The work is 60% residential and 40% commercial. The majority of the residential projects are room extensions as well as second story additions and interior remodeling. Commercial projects are Tenant Improvement with interior, exterior ADA, and storefront changes.
