Receptionist for a National Moving Company (W. Los Angeles, CA)
We are seeking a Full Time receptionist with front office duties for a large, well-established service company in Santa Monica.

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist with Front Office duties.

Reporting to executive management, we are looking for the ideal candidate with a positive attitude, strong communication skills, great work ethic, and a desire to help.

Must know Microsoft Office suite programs, such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be highly organized, thorough, detail oriented, and flexible
Candidate shall be able to prioritize, and shift between multiple and varied projects in pressured time-sensitive situations
Experience with multi-line phones is essential
Primary receptionist duties including answering phones, screening and transferring calls, and taking messages.
Must have a customer service oriented mentality
Routing of incoming confidential/time sensitive items.
Background filing, faxing, copying, scanning, mail distribution, and general support
Ordering and stocking of various office and related supplies
Prepare files, process paperwork and provide key information to the sales department
Maintain the cleanliness of reception area and conference rooms.
Mailroom responsibilities, including receiving, sorting and delivering all incoming mail.
Previous reception or front office experience is required.
One weekend day required weekly.

Karl Strauss Brewing Company is seeking a Brewery Field Representative to join our Los Angeles distributor sales team! The Brewery Field Representative is responsible for managing distributor sales and accountability by working closely with the distributor and promoting Karl Strauss sales philosophy.

Some of the responsibilities of this role include
- Increase market share of Karl Strauss beers through distributor.
- Aggressively pursues new accounts, while building relationships with existing account base.
- Develops expert beer knowledge and understanding of the Karl Strauss portfolio of beers.

Sales Force Management
- Provides leadership, management and coaching to motivate the distributor sales team
- Ensures the distributor's representatives maintain an unrivaled level of enthusiasm and support for the Karl Strauss brands
- Develops and maintains professional relationships with distributor management and sales force.

Account Management
- Builds displays and merchandises for high volume key accounts.
- Calls on local buyers, decision makers, and key account managers on a consistent basis, building a strong relationship with customers, and networking within the field.
- Working with specific accounts, audits distributor activities, and attends meetings with local decision makers.
- Creates and maintains a regular schedule of distributor ride-alongs.
- Coordinates and works special events and promotions as assigned throughout the year.

The ideal candidate for this role will have the following combination of experience and education
? High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
? At minimum, two years sales experience preferred.
? Service industry and hospitality experience preferred.
? Excellent persuasive sales and relationship development skills.
? Familiarity with, and ability to master contact management and order-entry programs.
? Excellent written and oral communication skills.
