Sales position in Bridal/Social Occasion Boutique (Old Torrance )

-must be a great sales person
-able to work with all kinds of people
-knowledgeable of current styles & fashion trends
-learn how to pin and mark for alterations (if not already known)
-clean & tidy up store in down time (organize, clean bathroom, vacuum, clean mirrors and glass, take out the trash, etc.)
-be computer savvy (work on Word, Excel, Outlook and other computer programs)
-change the store displays every 2 weeks
-good presence
-great customer service
-give personalized attention to clients
-attention to detail
-be punctual
-be open to work weekdays and weekends
-have initiative and drive
-able to perform misc. office duties (answering phone, checking for messages, filing, etc.)
-have own mode of transportation

Property Management Company is seeking a Full-Time Onsite Property Manager with good management, written, and communication skills. Property located in the Los Angeles area. 49 units. Tax credit , HUD, and affordable housing experience a must.

Keep a well-maintained appearance of the development
Maintain safety and security of the development and the residents at all times
Collect rent from the residents in accordance with Company guidelines
Inspect the interior common areas of development
Conduct the annual recertification for each and every resident in accordance with Company guidelines
Conduct unit inspections with outgoing and/or incoming residents and document the results of each and every inspection in accordance with Company guidelines
Be proactive in making every effort to lease vacant apartment units in the most expeditious manner possible

2+ years of office and clerical experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good computer skills using MS Word and MS Excel
Good organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
HUD, Tax Credit, and affordable housing experience a plus
