- Tend to the office - Answer telephones / take messages / receive & send faxes - Provide support to some of the office staff - Photocopying / ordering supplies / getting & sending mail & courier / filing - Negote better rates with vendors (courier / office supplies and the likes) - tend to office equipment and ensure maintenance agreements are current - Take dictation from president on his correspondence (type accurately and fast) - Maintain address book for president, schedule appointments for him/company, make travel arramgements - Good command of the English language & technically savvy (PC's, printers, copiers, phones etc) - Proficient in MS Office -- Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point - QuickBooks and/or real estate knowledge not required but considered a plus - Write checks and send out payments (very basic) - Carry out telephone and Internet research in real-estate/land-development, based on instructions by manager - Parking provided, and up to $150 towards health insurance after 90-days from start date

You must exhibit the skills to repair and maintain apartments, i.e plumbing, plastering (stucco work), electric, painting and/or mechanical repair work.
Worker must also be able to clean property grounds both indoor and outdoors and do gardening work.
You must be able to perform other various duties on both a timely and professional manner.
You should also be able to exhibit and communicate with tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
Also, be able to practice safe work practices and knowledge of equipment and be able to assert what is needed in order to maintain a single apartment and remedy any given problem.
