Customer Service Supervisor - Trucking Company (Commerce, CA)
JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsibilities will include: Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization; managing a team of customer services staff; Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.
? Providing help and advice to customers using the service
? Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
? Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
? Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
? Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing;
? Providing written information for customers
? Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
? Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards
? Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
? Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
? Responsible for answering to customers request
? Responsible for following up with customers' orders
? Responsible for solving to customers complaints
? Responsible for maintaining an efficient C.O.D. Operation
? Responsible for Weekly "Cargo Status check-up" at destination
? Responsible for efficiently transferring information to the different departments
? Possible: Notification of cargo delivery to the party of interest
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelors Degree Minimum five years experience in customer services and logistics
? Ability to attend customers at the highest level of an organization.
? Possess a strong customer services and closing background
? Understand customer services process.
? Strong services orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
? Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently, but as part of a team to reach a common goal.
? Bilingual, bi-literate English/Korean is a plus and demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural environment.

Sales Representative- Trucking Company (Commerce, CA)
JOB SUMMARY
Main Objective: be responsible for soliciting new accounts and selling all Pelham Domestic services for Los Angeles (including, but not limited to: Truckload, and LTL. This position will provide to customers a variety of solutions to moving their product. This position will be in daily contact with potential customers of various sizes, building relationships, problem solving and assessing their needs. This position will be responsible for promoting and selling company products and services in accordance with sales policies and procedures, and in pursuit of established goals and objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
? Independently generate new sales revenue for Los Angeles branch
? Manage customer interactions: prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, making customer calls, and closing deals
? Focus on selling services and routes of Pelham Services
? Participate in face-to-face meetings with potential and new shipper
? Collaborate with team on pricing decisions, the selection of suppliers and timing of shipments
? Meet monthly sales and business expense goals
? Monthly sales reports and update sales funnel weekly
? Works with manager in forecasting
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelors Degree Minimum five years experience in sales and logistics

? Ability to sell at the highest level of an organization.
? Possess a strong sales presentation and successful closing background
? Understand the consultative sales process.
