Customer Support Manger (Woodland Hills)

This position is for someone who wants more than a job, but a chance to learn through experience how to create and manage a team that gets results.

The compensation starts at $15 an hour and has potential for raises and advancement very quickly if you can show our customers that we care -- Meaning they want to buy from us again even if they don't like the product.
The products we sell range from dating to fitness to male libido boosters to a new supplement and cosmetic line.

Duties include: Basic task of answering phones and emails to developing the skills necessary to take full control of our customer support system making sure all orders are filled and customers are satisfied.

Please have customer service experience, call center experience, sales experience and manager experience.

A Landscape Design and Build Company is interviewing for successful candidates that have a minimum of five years' experience as a project manager in stone, concrete, stucco and brick trade and demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a safe work site. Candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain build schedules for a wide variety of projects and scopes while achieving the highest level of quality and service. Willing to drive to and from each project jobsite.

The Project Manager is responsible for managing installation projects from start to finish within their assigned territory; including managing/developing installation crews, building strong working relationships with job superintendents, and ensuring jobsite safety, housekeeping, workmanship and quality control are at the highest possible levels.

Must be a self-starter who can work without direct supervision and can juggle multiple projects at once. Must have hands on experience with stone veneer, natural stone, precast, block, stucco and brick masonry. Ability to communicate in Spanish a plus.

Most work in Westside and Southbay areas.
