JOB SUMMARY:

We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant ensures delivery of outstanding customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordination with other departments to resolve inquiries. As an Administrative Rental Coordinator, you are the first point of customer contact for general inquiries. You are responsible for building and maintaining the business relationship with our clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote exceptional customer relations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answering of telephones
Handling of mail, couriers, deliveries, etc.
Office equipment maintenance and supplies
Travel arrangements
Accurately take customer orders and enter into Navision, processing required paperwork, through close out of order and invoicing.
Tracking of all open customer orders and timely follow-up
Assist in collection process if needed
Processing of purchase orders, receiving reports and confirmation of receipts daily.
Tracking of all open purchase orders and timely follow-up
Processing of branch payrolls on a bi-weekly basis [as needed]
Process each day's activity promptly and accurately
Assist with Inventory cycle counting and other Inventory tracking duties as needed
Maintain office supplies inventory, sufficient to meet requirements at all times
Keep office and non-safety sensitive items clean as needed
Conduct new hire orientation and process paperwork for new hires
Assist other office personnel, as requested
Maintain neat and orderly office appearance

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Familiarity with all type of office machines
High Level of computer familiarity and accuracy
