Matura Farrington is currently looking for talented professional administrative assistants for a very reputable Financial Services firm in the Beverly Hills Area. The environment is very upbeat, positive and productive. This assistant must have at least 6 months of substantive work experience in the field of accounting, finance, economics, or corporate business. Ideally we are looking for a polished, outgoing candidate who is also enthusiastic about their work. This administrative assistant must be very comfortable with both interpersonal skills as well as heavy software experience.

Job Requirements
- *Must have 6 months+ experience as an Assistant working within the areas of accounting, finance, or economics in a professional office environment
- *Must be available for interviews and work immediately
- *Must be proficient on a PC and strong in Microsoft Office Suite
- *Must have strong communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- Must be upbeat, positive, and polished

Compensation for this position is $10-$12/hr.
