Job purpose:
Implement process discipline engineering activities within the budget and planning, maintain technical integrity.
Main goals and objectives:
-To act at all times in accordance with the policy on health, safety and environmental
-Supervise Graduate and Senior process engineers
-Shall ensure that all assigned tasks are properly addressed
-Ensure that the client business drivers and company performance incentives are fully understood by all staff discipline is checked
-Ensure the technical integrity within discipline
Role and responsibilities:
-Achieving safety standards as defined in personal performance contract
-Responsible for the evaluation of the effectiveness of the working methods and systems with a view to continuously improving systems, personal and team performance
-Carry out in accordance with the relevant systems of health, safety, environment and quality
-Possibility of discussions and run meetings with customer engineers
-Possibility of groups in the development of studies and Front End Engineering development projects and detailed Engineering projects run
-Ensure that the technical competence of process engineers is tailored to the work in hand
-Maintaining the required technical quality of work produced by staff assigned discipline
-Ensure that the output work of discipline engineers meets the relevant procedures
-Technical assistance to discipline staff as required
-Ensure, as far as practicable, that all assigned work is performed in accordance with the agreed budget and schedule
-Up-to-date with the technical developments, national and international standards and legal requirements in connection with the general thrust
-Assist in the development of the knowledge and skills of the engineers of process, including assisting in the training and technical development of engineers
-The preparation of estimates and assist in the assessment of proposed schemes
