Mike's Auto is a well known top quality shop. We are a family owned business that has been in business for over 20 years and are looking to grow again.

We are looking for a body man that can work the frame machine, work bondo, spray primer, assembly, etc.
Requirements:
-5+ years minimum experience needed
-Must have own tools
-Good work ethic and is able to multi-task
-Know how to work on all vehicles
-Welding and body man skills
-Able to work bondo & primer
-Know how to work the frame machine very well
-Responsible & work well under minimal supervision
-Occasional heavy lifting

Duties:
-Work the frame machine; Pull frame etc.
-Cut & Weld
-Bondo & Primer
-Disassembly & Assembly
-Occasional water sanding/blocking
-Full time

SUMMARY
Responsible for analyzing consignment and warehouse inventory for optimum productivity of inventory; maintaining records of inventory changes; includes trending analysis to determine increases and decreases of inventory necessary to meet demand forecasts. Works closely with sales representatives and supplier corporate teams. Extensive database query and data manipulation skills (Access and Excel).

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access skills

Job Summary:
In this position, you will provide customers with product availability, pricing, coordinating shipments and other information as needed. In addition, work with other dept. personnel to communicate customer demands and needs; trace orders and/or returns or credits.

Job Description:

The Educational Coordinator has two main areas of responsibility:

1) Provide high-quality administrative support across all areas of Tutor Corps (TC) and The Tutor Corps Foundation (TCF).
2) Manage TCF Community Service Grants, Scholarships for Young Women, Teacher of the Year award and Fall tutor placement at the Boys and Girls Clubs of San Francisco.

The Educational Coordinator works with the CEO, Education Director, Tutor Services Manager and Outreach Director to provide general support for operations, projects and programs. The position responsibilities include general administrative support, paying invoices, office management, project management, editing online and printed marketing materials, executing of seasonal marketing campaigns (e.g. newsletters, holiday cards, etc), and communicating with clients and tutors as necessary.

This position requires the utmost professionalism, a strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent writing and proofreading skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The Educational Coordinator is proactive, self-motivated and can work well autonomously. This position reports to the CEO.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
- Minimum of 1-2 years work experience in an office environment
- Experience in office management and administrative services
- Proficiency with Apple/Mac operating system and multiple software programs
including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Doc/Apps, database and records management. Understanding of ZOHO CRM and HTML coding a plus
