Rapidly expanding, well-established, consumer website based in the Los Angeles area (Glendale) marketing a highly valuable service to families with young children is seeking a full time bilingual customer support representative to start immediately in the Glendale area. Tasks include scheduling, organization and follow up on site content projects, coordination and maintenance of electronic files, with customer support including live chat. Must have excellent organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to answer many emails and live chats per day and some phone calls.
Experience in Customer Support field a must.
Must be dedicated to working hard, taking on new responsibilities and be proactive in upcoming projects as well as ensuring work for the day has been completed.
Attention to detail and absolute must.
Must be comfortable with reporting to co-workers, managers and management.
Positive "can do" attitude.
Fluent in both spoken and written Spanish.
Should have own transportation and valid driver's license, and be available to work occasional overtime.

Competent with Microsoft Office Suite tools (Word and very basic Excel)
Able to multi-task.
Excellent typing skills.
People person.
Proficient with Internet and social media.
