Key responsibilities of a Room Attendant include:

Key responsibilities of a House Person:

o General and deep cleaning throughout the hotel and Food and Beverage Outlets.
o Special Housekeeping Projects.
o May operate heavy equipment such as floor scrubbers, striping, buffers, and waxing machines.
o Cleaning assigned guestrooms in accordance with company standards, when needed.
o Assist Room Attendants with replenishing linen and supplies.
o Reporting maintenance issues to Supervisor immediately.
o Greeting guests in hallways in a pleasant and friendly manner.

Job Requirements:

o Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
o Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time 8 hrs. or more.
o Ability to follow instructions, directions, and meet deadlines, including the thorough cleaning of the minimum number of rooms assigned.
o Ability to bend, reach over head, lift, carry, push and pull up to 50-70 pounds.
o Abide by company local, state and federal laws and regulations as applicable.
o Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and as business demands.
o Basic ability to comprehend English language sufficient to understand information such as labels and instructions and basic guest requests.

A Landscape Design and Build Company is interviewing for successful candidates that have a minimum of five years' experience as a project manager in stone, concrete, stucco and brick trade and demonstrate the ability to create and maintain a safe work site.
