Mediterranean Restaurant Needs experienced Line Cooks.
We are a high volume restaurant focusing on technique-driven cooking. This opportunity is for up and coming cooks with solid fundamentals, some hot line experience or individuals looking to take the step to hot line. This position is for future chefs--not career cooks.
Candidates must have proper knife cuts, be organized, move quickly, handle pressure well, and be well aware of good sanitation principles. GREAT POSITIVE ATTITUDE and a passion for great food is a must. Experience cooking and rolling fresh pastas, sous vide, butter glazes, charcuterie a plus.
We are looking for someone that who has 8 months to 2 years' experience in a detail-oriented kitchen. To be considered you MUST have experience in a 2 -- 3 star or Michelin-rated restaurant or similar, and have solid references. Pay DOE EOE
