Nature of work

The nature of the work varies from one position to another. Some positions may work longer hoursthan. Some of the related nature of the hotel work is described below.

Hotel General Manager Director General is responsible for the whole operation of the hotel that he was Assignedto. This job is generally available for large hotels and the GM has to ensure that the hotel is run efficiently and makeprofit according to the expectation of the stakeholders. The GM also look at the sales, marketing and financial aspect of the hotel and is usually assisted by different heads of the hotel.

The Resident Manager resident Managers stay in the hotel and is on call all time in emergency situations. They look at the detailed day to day operational aspects of the hotel and the reports of the General Manager. A staff report to the resident Manager team Cotto usually.

Front Office Manager the Front Office Managers are responsible for the reservations and room assignments of the guests. Since the front office interface directly to the customers must be given proper training to the staff of the reception.They also look at the special request of the guests and the correct decision to the satisfaction of the customers.

Food and Beverage Manager food and beverage Managers are responsible for the food service of the hotels. She overseas the functioning of the various restaurants, lounges and banquet facilities in the hotels. They are often obliged to frequentlywith food suppliers and interface to ensure the financial aspect.

Housekeeper Executive Housekeeper managers ensure that all rooms, toilets, swimming pools, gymnasium, games arcades and meeting rooms are well-kept. They regulate the programming and supervision of the work of cleaning the houskeepers.
