The key skills required are:

Minimumof 12 plus years field development experience

Expertise in international and/or deepwater capital projects

Experience across a wide range of the Appraisal, Development, and Production portions of the field life cycle is highly desirable

Reservoir modeling and simulation (Extensive experience)
