Highly effective team leader seeks talented individual to assist with all facets of operating a steadily growing real estate team based in Redondo Beach, CA.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have some working knowledge of real estate, (though a license is not required); additional compensation opportunities will be made available to a qualified candidate in possession of a current California Real Estate license. The candidate will possess a certain personal pride in being an detail oriented and an efficient multi-tasker. Candidate will also be tech savvy, systems driven and capable of working independently as well as within a team environment.

Compensation based on experience and qualifications. The position offered is part-time (appx. 21 hours a week), but may quickly evolve into a full-time opportunity. Hours are somewhat flexible, Monday-Friday. Occasional weekend assistance may be requested.

The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

? Own reliable transportation with insurance that meets State law standards, and be available to run errands related to managing real estate listings and other customer service items

? Demonstrate some skill with a current, relevant graphic design program

? Possess exceptional phone skills and client service ethics

? Demonstrate an above average ability to work within Excel

? Be a self-starter and effective time-manager

? Demonstrate a command of English grammar and spelling; possess excellent writing skills

? Be proficient in current social media trends

? Have a level of familiarity with some sort of current, relevant database system
