Pacific Homeworks, Inc is looking for an Accounting & Administrative Assistant for our corporate office in Torrance. Requirements include 2 years work experience and proficiency with: Quickbooks, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Keynote), Accounts Payable & Receivable. College degree is a plus. Applicants must be able to multi task and handle a fast paced environment, including: heavy data entry, heavy foot traffic, a multi-line phone system , and general daily support for our Administrative staff. We are looking for someone who is punctual, a fast learner, can work independently but also in a team environment, has excellent customer service skills, and is reliable.
