We are recruiters assisting a top law firm with their need for a Help Desk Specialist to support attorneys, management and support staff. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and resolving both hardware (desktops, notebooks, printers, servers, MFDs, and PDAs) and software issues (MS Office and legal applications), setting up/installing/maintaining hardware/software, communicating with vendors, training, virus scanning, assisting with inventory and other special projects. Candidates must possess superb customer service skills required, strong communication skills and excellent follow-through on all assigned projects and tasks. A minimum of 3 to 4 years experience with PCs/Windows, hardware/software, LAN/WAN, and servers in a law firm or large corporation environment is required.
