Administrative Receptionist/Office Assistant

Responsibilities: Answer phones in busy CPA firm, greet clients, record incoming/outgoing work, schedule appointments, maintain database, scanning, filing, receivables.
Job Requirements:
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills (Bi-lingual preferred but not mandatory English required/Spanish)
Pleasant, outgoing, professional
Loyalty and a high level of confidentiality
Fast paced office -- must be able to multi-task
Strong computer skills
Willing to step outside of the job description as needed (team work)
Highly organized and detail orientated
