CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Housewares products company is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Job Responsibilities:
? Communicate with customers to receive and process orders accurately
? Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
? Acts as a liaison between customers and all other departments
? Maintain and update customer files
? Follow-up on orders in progress
? Tracks orders for customers and resolves shipping/order issues for customers
? Coordinate scheduling pickups

Job Requirements:
? Applicant must have minimum 2 years experience in related field
? English and Spanish Bilingual a plus
? Excellent math and data entry skills
? Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
? Must be able to multi task and pay attention to detail
? Must handle customer issues with a sense of urgency
? Must possess good computer skills
Must have the ability to maintain high productivity/activity level
