Primary Responsibilities
? Lead monthly/quarterly/annual financial close process and manage preparation of consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP
? Create new processes and efficiencies to reduce close cycle period
? Support external audit process
? Maintain the Fixed Asset and associated depreciation schedules and provide monthly detail to the Controller for General Journal entries; insure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
? Manage employee credit card applications and charges
? Manage petty cash accounts
? Assist the Controller in tracking and maintaining company insurance policies
? Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time -- quite often on short notice - by the Controller

Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
? CPA (a plus)
? 3+ years of audit, corporate GL, or public accounting experience
? Experience working in a dynamic, rapidly growing, fast paced environment.
? Highly motivated, self-starter, driven
? Excellent verbal/written communication
? Ability to meet deadlines quickly and accurately, multi-task and work well under pressure with changing priorities
? Understanding of U.S. GAAP principles; overall strong technical accounting skills
? A strong foundation in establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, and internal controls
? Proficiency with ERP/financial systems - implementation experience a major plus
? Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
? Experience with Quickbooks (a must), experience with Salesforce, Concur, and ADP (a plus)

Salary: market plus experience with a range from 45,000 to 60,000.
