Manufacturing Quality Assurance Inspector

For over 60 years Cascade Pump has been a leader in low lift high capacity industrial water pump manufacturing. We are looking for a shop floor inspector with quality assurance experience.

Responsibilities:
*Inspect to print, machined parts using manual methods
*Qualitative evaluation of material and part quality
*Creating inspection reports
*Creating material rejection reports
*Assure general quality of manufactured parts
*Report quality issues to engineering and management

Qualifications:
*Strong communication skills (must be fluent in English, verbal and written)
*Strong math including trigonometry (there is a math test during interview)
*High school diploma
*5 years minimum experience as machine shop inspector or lathe machinist or inspection certificate from a trade school
*Must provide your own basic inspection tools

A successful candidate will be a self-starter, able to work with little direct oversight. Pay is negotiable based on work experience and education.
