(Must have Property and Casualty Insurance License or Personal Lines Insurance License) Agency is willing to work closely with the individual for their success. Staff has dual roles of sales and service. This creates a base pay and the opportunity to earn large commissions and bonus. Commercial auto rates have become very competitve and can lead to large commissions.

Candidate to have excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, self motivated, money motivated, detail oriented, goal oriented, patient, willing to learn, phone skills and the ability to multitask. It's extremely important for this individual to have the ability to call prospects, current customers and third parties.

Job duties to include and not limited to assist current customers in processing endorsements and changes to policies, follow up on leads, prospect for new customers/sales opportunities, customer protection reviews, retention phone calls, sales, completion of applications and follow up.
