Job Specification
*To manage, control and account for the development and finalization of proposed prices of services requested through RFP's/RFQ's issued by Military organizations, other Prime contractors, UN, and NAMSA. Insuring that the pricing requirements have been met and are competitive while also formulating a solution that is the most advantageous

This position
*Prepare Full Price Proposals from inception to completion to include leading the formulation of the basis of estimate.
*Review all estimates and price proposals completed by the Controllers and Analyst to insure accuracy, completeness, and quality.
*Provide senior management with a sound recommendation for projected profitability based on market assessment and competitor analysis.
*Ensure that the pricing is compliant to all requirements within the tender/RFP as well as any government requirements that may be specified (FAR/CAS).
*Develop strategies and concepts for pricing procedures that increases opportunity to gain new work.
*Provide insight and clarification during the negotiation process of open bids.
*Participate as a key role during the audits held on the estimating process when cost analysis and supporting data is required.
*Create Matrix for recurring requirements within our core competences
*Suggest improvements in a pro-active manner
*Process leadership for the pricing of goods and services to external customers
*Lead the costing and the quotations process.
*Submit the final cost proposal for approval in a timely manner in accordance with the respective RFP.
*Preparation of pricing comparisons between existing goods and services.
*Calculating benchmarks for all prices.
*Interact closely with other departments to gather information and ensure accuracy of price proposals
*Ensure company growth and profitability by accurate pricing of new business.
*Ad-hoc reports as requested by the FD
*Assist in the bidding process for new businesses
*Regular visits of the branches.

Essential Knowledge/Skills
*Minimum 5 years experience in government contracting.
*Experience in working with multiple government agencies to include US, NAMSA, and UN.
*Knowledge of government pricing concepts and strategies.
*Minimum 5 years experience in Pricing or Controlling gained in previous jobs in major international companies.
*Professional degree in business administration and / or internationally recognized professional accountancy Qualification
