The City of Beverly Hills is currently hiring for the position of Firefighter. The open application period is March 20, 2013 through March 27, 2013 at 5:00 pm. All candidates must fill out the National Testing Network (NTN) application and schedule a testing date through NTN during this open period. After March 27, 2013 candidates will NOT be permitted to schedule testing.

All testing must be completed by April 18, 2013. Candidates scheduled to test after this date will NOT be considered further in the process.

Salary Information: $6,279 - $7,801/monthly

Valid CALIFORNIA State Driver's License: Yes

Ability to Read/Speak English: Yes

College:
18 college credits

Academy Certification:

California Firefighter Academy Graduation Certificate holder within two years of application date OR
California State Certified Firefighter I or II OR
Full time professional firefighter from outside California with a minimum of six months experience, post training academy
Current EMT card at time of application and time of appointment
