Customer Service Supervisor - Trucking Company (Commerce, CA)

JOB SUMMARY
Overall responsibilities will include: Helping to develop a customer service policy for an entire organization; managing a team of customer services staff; Handling face-to-face enquiries from customers.

? Providing help and advice to customers using the service
? Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter and face to face;
? Investigating and solving customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants;
? Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers;
? Analyzing statistics or other data to determine the level of customer service the organization is providing;
? Providing written information for customers
? Developing feedback or complaints procedures for customers to use;
? Developing customer service procedures, policies and standards
? Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service;
? Leading or supervising a team of customer service staff.
? Responsible for answering to customers request
? Responsible for following up with customers' orders
? Responsible for solving to customers complaints
? Responsible for maintaining an efficient C.O.D. Operation
? Responsible for Weekly "Cargo Status check-up" at destination
? Responsible for efficiently transferring information to the different departments
? Possible: Notification of cargo delivery to the party of interest

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
? Bachelors Degree Minimum five years experience in customer services and logistics
? Ability to attend customers at the highest level of an organization.
? Possess a strong customer services and closing background
? Understand customer services process.
? Strong services orientation, relationship building, negotiation skills, and business acumen. Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic.
? Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and ability to work independently, but as part of a team to reach a common goal.
? Bilingual, bi-literate English/Korean is a plus and demonstrated ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
