The ideal candidate has an understanding of the Reformation brand and culture, a self motivated attitude and an eye for merchandising. The primary duty of the Assistant Store Manager will be to provide all necessary assistance and support to the manager and a high level of customer service while maintaining a fun and positive shopping environment.

Responsibilities

? Help lead the team to meet monthly sales goals

? Manage the store and team when the manager is off duty

? Assist the store manager in the day to day operations of the store

? Help identify challenges and work with the store manager to create strategies to overcome these

? Set an example for the team in offering excellent customer service and meeting store standards

Application Requirements

? Will have worked as a sales leader/supervisor; has and maintains their own clients and client book

? Strong customer service skills

? Team player

? Excellent sense of style

? Strong computer skills

? Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on the store's needs

? Great attitude and strong work ethic
