Interested candidates should have the ease and ability to think on their feet and be able to confident in patient care coordination, addressing individual patient needs in a thorough and competent fashion from discussing surgical procedures and expected outcomes in all aspects of plastic surgery to financial quoting, accounting and quarterly business analyses. Computer and social media knowledge and navigation are also expected and some marketing and design ability would be a bonus. However, most important is having a professional poise and candor in interacting with patients in face to face, telephone or email settings that nurture confidence and support with decision making and following through with each and every patients plight in self improvement. The office is paperless with an excellent electronic medical record system that is easy to learn and navigate and communicate with patients. The value of the practice is strongly in its ability to educate the patient and allow them to make decisions that would best enhance their lives and appearance.
