Cris Herrera and Team Oilfield Camo

It has always been the goal of Oilfield Camo to develop partnerships and opportunities with organizations and individuals who are doing great things for the outdoor community. Team Oilfield Camo had the opportunity to meet with Cris Herrera who is currently serving as the 2013 Royal Rangers National Shooting Sports Program Ambassador. In addition, Cris is the 2013 Representative for Brownells and is the NRA Youth Shooting Sports Ambassador as well!

At the young age of 17, Cris is an awesome example of accomplishment, sportsmanship, outdoorsmanship, and more. Not only does Cris take part in numerous recreational shooting and sporting events, but also donates his time to a number of worthy causes ranging from tornado relief efforts, and local community outreach in the form of volunteering at a local non-profit. He works three days each week at Food Net, an organization that reaches out to needy families in the community, offering them food and other services.

Aside from his charitable accomplishments, Cris is also an avid sportsman, claiming awards and medals at a number of shooting events and competitions hosted by the Royal Rangers, FCF, JROTC, NRA Postal, and many many more. Additionally, Cris is a hometown boy from Lafayette, Louisiana, born and raised right down the highway from Oilfield Camo’s home base.

Oilfield Camo is proud to be the camouflage sponsor of Cris Hererra, and is proud to support him in all of his hunting, fishing, and charitable efforts. Cris, KEEP DRILLING!!!
