Responsibilities:
? Process Employment Verifications, Oversee background checks / communicate all status to the team and other internal documents and requests
? Assist with New Hire Orientation and take charge of New Hire Survey Reporting, Prepare presentations and reports
? Printing and maintaining new hire documents for employee files and file creation
? Take charge of additional duties as needed
Requirements:
? 2-4 years of HR experience
? Bachelor's degree required
? HRIS system experience preferred
? Knowledge of California laws required
? Highly organized and detail-oriented
? Process-driven, with excellent communication skills and a client-centric mentality
? Flexible and eager to assist where needed
? Demonstrates discretion regarding confidential information
? Collaborative team-player
? Outstanding research and problem-solving skills
? Excellent judgment
? Proficient in MS Office Suite
