-Demonstrated ability to create curricula and authentic assessments

-The ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative student data
-The ability and willingness to reflect and improve
-The ability to collaborate with colleagues, parents and community
-A California Multiple Subject Teaching credential (preferred)
-A Masters degree (or higher) in Education (preferred)
