Receptionist ::::::::::::: $18.00/hour (central LA )

Schedule for first position are Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 9 am to 6 pm with 1 hour for lunch.

Schedule for second position are Sundays 10 am to 5 pm, Mondays 9 am to 6 pm, and Tuesdays 9 am to 6 pm. 30 minutes for lunch on Sundays and 1 hour for lunch Mondays and Tuesdays.

-Qualify incoming leads and maintain a schedule of projects requiring price quotes
-Research, identify, and solicit clients bidding projects
-Distribute price quotes
-Follow up on price quotes via telephone, email, and/or fax
-Process contracts for purchases

-At least five years experience in an admistrative role
-Proficient user of MicroSoft office products especially Access Database
-Very organized and multi task oriented
-Strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Confident, adaptable, and willing to take initiative
