We are a small boutique practice serving an elite patient population looking for an individual experienced in healthcare, who has a bachelor's degree and possesses a high level of professionalism.

This position will serve as support for the Physician and Executive Director. The position requires interaction with patients, physicians, referring provider offices and many others in the community; therefore a successful candidate should be energetic, pleasant, warm, friendly and customer-service oriented. Responsibilities will include a variety of clinical and administrative functions. Day-to-day operations vary depending on patient and physician needs. This position will also research and prepare reports for medical conditions and medications. This may include the latest and standard treatment options, protocols, contraindications, statistics and outcomes. The position will also require extensive review of patient medical records and compilation of permanent data as it relates to the patients care. Most all daily activities, research and data collection is time sensitive, which requires a flexible candidate, who can work well under pressure and maintain his or her warm and friendly demeanor. Candidates should be self-motivated, organized and have a high attention to detail. In addition, the candidate should be professional and have strong business skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. A high level of discretion is also needed.

? 7 years of healthcare and/or medical office experience
? Highly professional appearance and demeanor
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Highly organized with flawless attention to detail
? Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated team
? Work well under pressure
? Ability to deal with demanding, accomplished individuals in calm, pleasant manner

Education/Experience Requirement:
? Bachelor's degree required
? 7 years or more experience working in a healthcare or medical setting

Technical requirements:
? Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
? Highly computer literate
? Phlebotomy, EKG, lab, etc. experience preferred

Salary: Depending on Experience
LiveScan and thorough Background Check will be required
Extensive reference checks will be completed
