I would like to introduce you to JohnHart Real Estate and a new way of doing business. We have set up our firm in a way that defies the traditional real estate brokerage, and as a result have achieved much success.

We have recently expanded our infrastructure and have a select few openings for some driven and ambitious individuals, who are looking to grow their careers and have an interest in the real estate industry.

Your title, should you become part of our team, would be that of "intake specialist". As an intake specialist you would be working as our initial contact person for new potential clients, and be discussing with them what we can offer.

We offer a substantial amount of training to get you started, and with this position comes a competitive pay structure, and bonus' based on different criteria.

This is not a cold calling job, and a current California Real Estate License is required.

Here are some basic criteria:

At least a high school education, some college would be preferable.
Must be ambitious (a get it done mentality).
Must be a self starter.
Must be good on the phone.
Must have a background in sales, and an open mind about how to adjust your techniques.
Must be willing to learn.
Must be full time, with the ability to work overtime if necessary.
Must be punctual, hygienic, and an overall good person.
Must be more than capable with working on cloud based software (such as salesforce).
Must be organized, and goal oriented.
