Responsibilities
1.
Call for and participate in an audit on vessel readiness 2 weeks prior to delivery
2.
Accept the vessel from projects and document same
3.
Transit planning
4.
Transit from yard to drilling location
5.
Client acceptance program
6.
Regional spares including management and storage
7.
Contract deliveries
8.
Local crew recruitment and crew training to meet all local requirements
9.
Establishment of local office and administration
10.
Installation of 3rd Party equipment post rig delivery
11.
Management of Variation Orders
12.
Compliance to local requirements, e.g. coast state
13.
Location specific analysis
14.
Perform QA checks on documentation in Edocs
15.
Perform gap analysis between project provided FMEA's and client contract register
16.
Lessons learned register
17.
Supply, installation and commissioning of a 2nd BOP and control system when applicable
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Finance, Accounting or Project Management or equivalent experience US citizen or have legal right to work in the US At least 15 years experience with international operations/administration, preferably in oilfield services or related industry Knowledge of standards, regulations and requirement within the industry Good language skills, both oral and written
