Prestigious Global Investment Firm has an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant. We are seeking a proactive go-getter whose confidence and drive will enable them to act as the right arm for one of this firm's most prominent executives. In this position, you will be 'on the go,' managing fast-moving operations that require resourcefulness, excellent judgment and a sense of urgency. The ability to stay ten steps ahead, anticipate executive needs and solve problems as they arise is vital to success in this integral role.

Duties:
? Heavy scheduling and calendar management
? Coordinate complex domestic and international travel
? Direct incoming calls and correspondence
? Prepare for high profile meetings by confirming meeting times, securing conference spaces and compiling materials
? Process internal documents and expense reports
? Identify priorities and contribute to special projects as assigned

Qualifications:
? 5+ years of corporate administrative experience, including experience acting as the primary support for a senior executive
? Bachelor's degree and a strong academic record highly preferred
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to establish a rapport with high profile contacts
? Resourceful, energetic and adept at anticipating executive needs
? Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite
