Eveleigh Restaurant in West Hollywood is seeking all FOH Employees -- Captains, Servers, Backwaiters, Barback, Barrista, Juicers, Hosts & Maitre D's. We will be hosting an open call from 1:00 -- 3:00 tomorrow.

We are a casual upscale restaurant, but without the pretense of other similar establishments. Our back patio is an oasis overlooking the Los Angeles skyline, which opens up to allow open-air dining under the stars.

The Eveleigh's focus is a European style cuisine, using Californian produce and with a rustic approach. The chef has a focus on all in-house production including, charcuterie, smoking, pickling, breads, butchery, etc.

Servers:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the opening and closing of the dining rooms, greeting the guests upon arrival, working closely with restaurant & bar manager, and supporting the service staff when needed. You will be expected to play an active role in selling, describing and learning the food, cocktail and wine menus. Waiters can make $150 - $350 / night.

? pre-prohibition cocktail ingredients
? traditional Italian, French and Spanish ingredients
? the difference between hospitality and service

Hosts:

As host the responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting in the opening and closing of the dining rooms, greeting & seating the guests upon arrival, working closely with restaurant & bar manager, and supporting the service staff when needed. You will be expected to play an active role in seating strategy and reservation book configuration, with the view of maximizing the seating.

Requirements:
- excellent written & verbal communication skills
- excellent phone manner
- previous experience in a high volume, high profile restaurant
- two years experience using Open Table, preferably experience using flex mode
- proficiency with word, excel

Above all - great personality, enthusiasm, welcoming attitude & the ability to maintain grace under pressure. Hosts can make $20 -- 100 / night.

Barrista:
We are looking for a top notch 3rd wave barrista to join our team. Please be familiar with adjusting the grind on a machine and latte art. Demonstration of said skills will be evaluating during the interview. Barristas can make $30 - $75 / shift.
Bussers / Server Assistants:

Please have a minimum of 1 year of fine dining experience and have been at your previous job for at least 1 year.
