Administrative Coordinator-$40k to $45k (West Los Angeles)

In this role the Administrative Coordinator will manage calendars, meetings, and participate in the planning and execution of events. The role also requires the assistant to prepare presentations, work on independent projects and have regular interaction with clients and executives.

Excellent written communication skills are a must since the assistant will be composing and editing key company documents.

Candidates must also have the ability to analyze information and be highly organized.
