SENIOR ACCOUNTANT FOR RESTAURANT GROUP

? Work with CFO to create streamlined financial reporting
? Ensure monthly close deadlines are met across the group.
? Review of Monthly Preliminary P&L's, Balance Sheets and Statements of Cash Flow.
? Manage all financial reporting and special ad-hoc analysis using QuickBooks.
? Review bi-weekly payroll and prepare reasonableness reports for CFO.
? Work with GM's at restaurants to ensure proper inventory controls exist.
? Manage credit terms working with internal managers and outside vendors.

REQUIREMENTS:
? BS/BA in the Accounting or Finance field
? Minimum 5 years on hands Accounting/Finance Experience.
? Solid excel modeling skills.
? Very technical accounting skills (CPA preferred).
