-Must have strong beverage knowledge, specifically strong beer knowledge
-Strong experience in a high-volume restaurant is absolutely required. This is a fast-growing company and looking for Managers who are prepared to step up and move up.
-Exceptional operations skills: cleanliness and organizational skills are required including strong knowledge of food handling and health department standards.
-Managers must have had experience with hiring, training, and developing staff, P&L exposure, inventory and ordering. GMs must be an expert in all of the aforementioned.
