Loss Mitigation expert that currently or previously worked in a real estate negotiation department at a lender is a HUGE plus. If you're new to this but have drive, focus and intense organizational skills, we want to hear from you. Must be responsible, local, an effective communicator and MASTER multi-tasker.
Compensation to be provided upon close of transaction on a per-file basis . We are growing rapidly and room for expansion into management a surety to the right candidate.

Required:
1. Self Motivated & Goal Oriented
2. Valid California Real Estate License
3. MUST HAVE SHORT SALE NEGOTIATING EXPERIENCE
4. Willing to work 40+ hours per week
5. Management and/or leadership experience preferred.
6. Typical Computer Skills required (MS Office, Internet, Various Sites, etc.), own computer a plus.
7. Must be looking for a long-term situation. We take care of people that give 100+%
8. Ability to meet deadlines
9. Aggressive 'don't take no' attitude with a friendly smile
10. Must have own transportation.
