DESCRIPTION:
Seeking an Resident Manager (Bilingual Spanish) for a large apartment community.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Provide a quality living environment for residents and promotes positive working relationships with employees, while optimizing the return on investment for our property owners.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must have prior experience as resident manager of comparable property, over 100 units;
Good overall management skills including sales and customer service; public relations; marketing background and strong time management skills;
Understanding of budget and financial statements; understanding of legal procedures pertaining to leases, violations of covenants, rental agreement terms and conditions, and other property/management/real estate related skills;
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and be able to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers, staff and management;
Computers skills and Property Management software (Yardi preferred)
Must be available to live On-Site the property.
Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus
