Seeking self motivated person who is motivated by money plain & simple. Performance Counts

Caregiver that has several years of experience with the elderly, and through the years knows lot of other caregivers employed or not. Maybe stuck in a facility where they are simply overworked. .

Duty. Recruit, and dispatch ( GOOD ) caregivers to various locations for live-in's hourly, some with transportation throughout LA, and Ventura County. Be prepared to go yourself till you can get relieved. Your compensation is performance based. That leaves the door open wide for the right person to do well.

If you cannot do this please do not respond to this ad. Obviously this is a position that is very important, and you will be paid well for getting good reliable caregivers to the client upon demand. It took a couple of months to find the last person who qualify's.

I will not look at any resumes so if you send one yours will not be read. I need a few words on an email on what qualify's you for this position. If it looks plausible I will return your email, and you will come to our office, and talk.

This position will open in early March so this ad will be run until I find the right person.
