Travel Agency is looking for part-time bookeeper 20/30 hrs / Month

Responsibilities:
Reconciling vendor payments to internal reports
Reconciling Billing reports to database
Bank Reconciliation
Audit of expense reports

Requirements:
Knowledge of QuickBooks +
Knowledge of Computerized Accounting +
Minimum of 3 years of College Education
Studied accounting
Proficient in Excel

Qualifications:
Ability to work independently
Analytical and problem solving skills a must
Very well organized
Very detail oriented and high level of accuracy
Able to multitask
Reliable
Self starter
